Holtzbrinck Wellbeing Week

Just before the summer break, at the beginning of July, all German-speaking affiliated companies of the Holtzbrinck Publishing Group participated in Wellbeing week.

The main theme was "My Individual Wellbeing" and each day focused on one of four dimensions: Exercise, Nutrition, Mental Health and Sustainability.

The wide range of online and face-to-face events included numerous workshops, lectures, sports courses and health check-ups where we all gained helpful knowledge. Some examples were "Start your Day right" where the trainer showed us exercises to get the body and mind fit and awake. At the "Workplace Check" we were shown how to improve our posture with little effort in order to take care of our physical and mental health.
