Development Programs

Our high caliber development programs prepare our employees for advanced responsibility in our group.

The Media Management Program supports talent in their career paths to specialist or executive positions. The modularly structured program includes training in areas such as strategy and management, leadership, innovation and communication, as well as digitalization and digital transformation. Furthermore, within project-based work structures, the participants develop a future-oriented product or business model and network with other specialists and leaders from our media group.

Our Global Media Management Program is aimed at senior executives in the entire Holtzbrinck Group. Under the motto "Leading into the Future" and under the guidance of a qualified trainer team, the international participant group develops concepts for executives to meet future challenges in a responsible way to actively shape the change.
