The Software Campus program has been promoting outstanding young IT talents for about 10 years now. Holtzbrinck Publishing Group has been an industry partner to the initiative since 2012, together with renowned technical universities and other industry partners as well as the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). To date, we have had the privilege of working with 37 participants on their projects on a wide range of topics such as argument mining, natural language generation, gamified ads and AR applications in the media sector.
Our participants receive additional support in their leadership role through the high-level mentoring by managing directors and experienced executives from the entire Holtzbrinck Group. Our Software Campus participants also attend our annual internal Technology and AI Days, where they present their projects to our IT and digital experts and have the opportunity to expand their network within the Holtzbrinck Group.
It is great to see how our graduates continue to successfully pursue their careers in academia or in industry, as well as being founders after the Software Campus program. We really appreciate the ongoing contact with them.
