FAQ

Do you have technical questions regarding the upload of your application documents? Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions.

How can I convert text files into pdf files?

Text files can be converted into pdf files quite easily and quickly in two ways:

Open the text file using your text program (e.g. Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Pages, OpenOffice). Select "Save as" or "Export" and save the file as a pdf file. Another option is to convert the documents to pdf files via "Print".

Which file formats can I use to send my application documents via the application form?

You are able to upload application documents in the file types pdf and jpg / jpeg via our form. The upload of other file types, including docx, doc, ppt, pptx and png, is not possible due to security reasons. Please make sure to convert your application documents into a pdf or jpg file before applying.

My application documents are larger than 10 MB. How can I still send all important documents via the application form?

Do you have all application documents in one large file? Please try uploading the documents individually as a first step. You can upload as many documents as you like in the field "Other Attachments".
